Troubleshooting

My password doesn't work on the galleries!
The password for the galleries is in the first email sent from St Andrew's College.
The password emailed from Ken Baker Photography is your site account login only.

I can't add photos to my cart from other galleries.
Log out of your account and log back in. The problem should now be resolved.

I'm ordering both Preparatory and Secondary photos and can't see the multiple discounts being added.
Still proceed with adding your photos and choosing sizes. On checkout it will show the discounts applied. If they don't show, click the 'Refresh Quantities' button.

It says my credit card can't be accepted but I have money in the account.
Log out of your account and log back in. If the problem persists try clearing your browser cache.

After I've clicked 'pay' the wheel just spins around and nothing happens.
Log out and log back in. This should fix the problem.

If you are experiencing a different problem, try logging out and loggin back in.
If this does still not fix the problem please let me know and I will be more than happy to assist you.
